Incidentally, I am having the same problem with any VM I install on VirtualBox with lubuntu as host OS. If you do not have a Mac computer, you can install macOS 11 on a Windows 10 host computer with the VMware Workstation Pro virtualization program and experience Apple’s new system. Apart from what is shown below, I have not changed any settings from their defaults.
